Prestar suporte para os diversos setores da empresa na área da microinformática e sistemas internos;

Auxiliar nas demandas do setor de TI, como: atender chamados técnicos, controle de inventário de hardware e software, suporte ao usuário interno, configuração de redes, firewall, active directory, dentre outras;

Solicitar aos fornecedores de sistemas as manutenções necessárias no  softwares internos.

Funcionamento de redes de computadores;
Instalação e manutenção de sistema Operacional Windows e Linux;
